At about 0610 hrs YCSO deputies were dispatched to the area of the 3700 block of S. 40th Avenue, in Yakima County, for a report of subjects sleeping in a vehicle on a private roadway. As the first deputy was approaching the area, a red Chevrolet Suburban entered his radar at a speed well above the posted limit, and then continued to speed up after it passed him. This vehicle was of the same description as the suspicious vehicle.
