18-year-old Oregon driver busted going 118 mph in fog with no headlights
KERN COUNTY, Calif. — An Oregon teen was pulled over in Kern County, California for driving 118 miles per hour.
A California Highway Patrol trooper posted about the traffic stop on Facebook Thursday morning.
In addition to driving way above the 70 mile per hour speed limit, the trooper said the driver was traveling in foggy conditions without headlights turned on.
“WHAT COULD GO WRONG???????” the trooper wrote, sarcastically, alongside a photo of the ticket.
The driver’s name was redacted, but the ticket shows he is from Salem, Oregon.
