3 arrested in early morning SWAT standoff in Pasco
PASCO, Wash. — A SWAT standoff in Pasco ended in three arrests early Thursday morning.
Victor Gonzalez, 28, Jaime Miranda, 21, and Samuel Adam Miller, 27, were all arrested together at 424 N. 4th Avenue on separate charges.
Shortly after midnight, police responded to a report that two wanted men were inside of Apt. 10. SWAT team members from the Benton County Sheriff’s Office and Richland Police joined Pasco officers since these men had violent criminal histories, police said.
The apartment mentioned by the reporting party was empty and authorities spent a couple hours looking for the men throughout the apartment complex.
At about 3 p.m., three men were finally found hiding on a bed inside a neighboring apartment. The additional suspect had a suspect directing him to stay away from the apartment.
Gonzales was booked on outstanding warrants. Miranda was booked on outstanding warrants and an investigative hold for possession of meth. Miller was booked on a misdemeanor court order violation.
Pasco police thanked the Richland Police Department and Benton County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance.
