Amber Alert Issued For Skagit County Boy Canceled

UPDATE: This amber alert has been canceled after the boy was found in Shoreline. The boy was OK and will be returned to his mother.

PREVIOUS: Police have issued an amber alert for a 2-year-old Anacortes boy who may have been kidnapped by his father.

Officers say 34-year-old Ryan Hall may have kidnapped his 2-year-old son, Don Hall, this afternoon. Don Hall and his mother live in Anacortes and around 2:30 PM Wednesday Ryan Hall broke into the home and took his son.

Police say Ryan has threatened to harm Don and his mother in the past, and mother and son have a protection order in place to keep Ryan away from them.

Police say Ryan and Don were last spotted at a Walmart in Tullalip, but they may be headed to Shoreline in a black 2000 lexus GS400 with license plate number ARJ7450.

Ryan Hall is described as a white man who stands 5’9″ tall and weighs roughly 220 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair and was last seen wearing a dark grey pinstripe suit. Police say he has tattoo lettering on his forehead.

Two year old Don Hall was last seen wearing a blue striped shirt, blue jeans and white shoes. He has black hair and brown eyes and the hair is closely cropped.
