Car belonging to woman found dead in Kennewick found abandoned a mile away
KENNEWICK, Wash. –Investigators have located a car belonging to a girl found dead in a home on Saturday morning.
Police found Tessa West’s car near Fourth Avenue and Ely Street. The white Jeep Liberty was originally unaccounted for during the beginning of their investigation. Officers took the car and will search it after the approval of a search warrant.
West was found around 2:30 a.m. Saturday by a roommate. Police got a call about an unconscious woman. CPR was administered, but couldn’t revive West. Authorities say they believe West was dead for several days before being found.
Her cause of death has not been determined, but police say some circumstances are “suspicious.” West’s activities during the past few weeks are not clearly known and police are asking for the public’s help.
If you know West or anyone associated with her car, call the Kennewick Police Department.
