Child porn suspect Daniel Bunch fired from family business

KENNEWICK, Wash. – Daniel Bunch has been fired from his family’s business after police said they found caught him with a 3-terabyte hard drive full of child pornography.

Bunch, 39, has worked as a salesman at Bunch-Finnigan Appliances in Kennewick for more than two decades.

He was arrested at his Kennewick home on July 11 following an investigation that started in October 2018. He’s facing several charges of possessing and dealing child pornography.

In a news release announcing his termination Monday, the company said Bunch has never been an owner of the company.

“John and Tanya Bunch, who are the owners of the company, appreciate the support of their loyal customers, friends and family and will continue to serve their customers and the community based on integrity and family values,” the news release said.
