Connell woman faces charge of aggravated murder in the first degree

The Kennewick woman accused of kidnapping now faces a much more serious charge of aggravated murder in the first degree.
Theresa Wiltse was expected to be in court again this morning, after being held for 72 hours on a $1,000,000 bail.
Benton County prosecuting attorney Andy Miller was still in the process of filing against her, and says one detail helped clinch the bigger charge.
If convicted, Wiltse could face life in prison without the possibility of parole.
