Credit card skimmer found at gas station in Richland
RICHLAND, Wash. — A credit card skimming device was discovered at a Shell gas station at the corner of Williams Boulevard and Jadwin Avenue.
Richland police found the device attached to a gas pump on Wednesday morning. They say it could have been placed there as early as Monday morning.
Credit card skimming devices are used by criminals to discretely steal a customer’s credit or debit card information.
The Richland Police Department asks that you call 509-942-7340 if you have information on this case or if your bank account has been compromised.
