Custer’s 19th Annual Christmas Arts & Crafts Show
It is opening day at Custer’s 19th Annual Christmas Arts & Crafts Show, featuring 150 different crafters and artists.
“I love the homemade gifts. It’s the thrill of the hunt to find the new different things,” said Debbie Arnold, who is shopping for her granddaughters.
The show has thousands of one-of kind pieces like handmade Christmas ornaments and decorations, jewelry pieces, wooden pens, tasty treats and so much more.
All the artists represent their own work, so you can talk to them in person and even ask them to customize something.
Vicki Ferriss traveled here from Iowa to craft pieces out of barbed wire.
It’s her first time showing in Tri-Cities.
“My favorite part is meeting new people, talking to people from all over the west and the midwest,” said Ferriss. “And getting to see their reactions when they see some of the pieces.”
Many of the shoppers said it’s the perfect time and place to start holiday shopping to snag gifts that you don’t see everyday.
For those of you interested in attending, the show will be open until 8 o’clock tonight.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Tickets are $6.
