Family escapes safely as fire starts in Benton City attic
BENTON CITY, Wash. — A family was able to escape after a fire started in their attic in Benton City on Wednesday night.
The homeowner told Benton County Sheriff’s Office deputies that she and her children were in the house when the smoke alarms started going off.
