YAKIMA COUNTY, Wash. — A woman’s body recovered on Yakama tribal land has been identified as a Harrah woman who’s been missing for more than a year, FBI officials announced Tuesday.
FBI Special Agents recovered the body of Felina Blanch Metsker in May of 2016. Her death has been ruled suspicious.
Metsker was last seen on Mar. 25 near Barkes Road in Harrah between 2 and 3 p.m. The next day, someone reported blankets and plastic covering the windows of her trailer were gone. On Apr. 1, she was declared missing.
The FBI is working with the Yakama Nation Police Department to solve her death. They are also offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to an arrest.
