First Alert Weather: Cloudy and cold conditions Wednesday morning, very chilly afternoons this week-Briana

Patchy to dense fog is likely to continue to impact drivers today and tomorrow, temperatures in the teens and 20s overnight. Air quality is still in the good to moderate range as of 7:45am in Eastern Washington and Oregon. Clouds will once again be slow to clear this afternoon across the Mid-Columbia. High temperatures will run 5-15 degrees colder than normal this afternoon, highs in the mid to upper 30s. A back door cold front will bring a very small chance of snow over the Blues tomorrow morning. Otherwise, the front will help to clear some of the clouds that have been trapped by this latest inversion. Very cold air moves in Thursday night, some of the coldest temperatures of the season expected Friday morning. Dry and cold weekend ahead.
