Former Umatilla prison worker accused of having sex with inmate
UMATILLA, Ore. — A former employee at the Two Rivers Correctional Institution in Umatilla was arrested last week for allegedly having sex with an inmate over the course of a month.
Kimberly Porter worked in the prison’s kitchen from November 2014 through August 2018.
The Oregonian reports that she was charged with second-degree custodial sexual misconduct in October, but failed to appear for her arraignment in November.
She was arrested on Dec. 7 but has since been released from jail.
