Home falls into Sanpoil River in eastern Washington

A Ferry County home fell into the San Poil River off State Route 21 near Keller, Washington.

The local sheriff’s office said nobody was inside when the home started sliding off a bank into the river.

Officials said the San Poil Valley is getting some of the worst flooding it has experienced in decades, our media partner Q13 Fox reports.

Rain is expected to continue in the area through Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.

The Sheriff’s Office posted images of the disaster on Facebook.
