Home invasion suspect’s bail set in Yakima
YAKIMA, Wash. — A 28-year-old woman has been charged in connection to a home invasion Tuesday morning. Her bail was set at $75,000 on Thursday.
Police said four people stole hundreds of dollars’ worth of electronics early from a home in the 400 block of North 5th Avenue Tuesday morning. The other three suspects are still at large.
One of the two residents told police he heard a knock at the door around 3:40 a.m. and started to open it. A masked man kicked the door open and three others followed him inside.
The residents sat on the couch as the invaders threatened them with a gun and a club, stealing two computers, a TV, a Kindle and a cell phone, the Yakima Herald-Republic reports.
Police arrested the woman Wednesday on suspicion of robbery. She’s being held at the Yakima County jail. No other suspects have been identified.
