Inside the Central Washington State Fair: camel rides, cute piglets, giant corn dog plush & more

YAKIMA, Wash. — Crowds of people were able to get into the Central Washington State Fair for free Wednesday with a donation of three unused school supplies for local students as part of KAPP-KVEW School Supply Drive Day.

KAPP-KVEW’s Emily Goodell got an inside look at the livestock barns, free entertainment options, all the best prizes and tasty treats the fair has to offer — plus a look at the joy of caricatures, camel rides and fried ravioli.

There’s still time left to plan out your trip to the Central Washington State Fair, which runs through Sunday, Oct. 2. More information about tickets and schedules is available at fairfun.com.
