Kennewick police arrest naked man inside flashcube building
KENNEWICK, Wash. — Police arrested a man who got naked in the stairwell of the HAPO Business Complex, also known as the flashcube building.
Austin Michael Riley, 25, taken into custody on suspicion of indecent exposure on Tuesday.
Officer Cory McGee said he responded to the building for a report of a suspicious person around 5:30 p.m. At the time, the suspect still had his clothes on.
The person who called police joined Officer McGee in looking for the suspect. They entered a stairwell and found Riley completely naked.
Officer McGee said the man was “nonverbal” with police, so they were unable to determine why he was naked.
They put his clothes back on for him before booking him at the Benton County Jail.
