KPD: 3 boys arrested after pedestrian gets robbed at gunpoint
KENNEWICK, Wash. — A 16-year-old boy from Kennewick was arrested Monday in connection to an armed robbery that happened on Dec. 22.
He was one of three teenage boys involved in the incident at 24th Avenue and Tacoma Street, according to Kennewick police.
A dark-colored sedan pulled up next to a juvenile who was walking in the area around 12:45 a.m., then a passenger got out of the car and robbed him gunpoint. No one was injured.
All three suspects have been arrested and no other suspects are wanted at this time.
The identities of those involved have not been released because they are all juveniles.
The case has been forwarded to the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office. The investigation is ongoing.
