KPD: Extra patrol leads to arrests for heroin, stolen car near Columbia Park

KENNEWICK, Wash. — A 52-year-old man was arrested Friday night after police say he was driving a stolen vehicle in Kennewick.

Kennewick police officers say they were conducting an extra patrol through Columbia Park when they located the stolen vehicle.

The driver, Arthur Nelson, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

A passenger in the vehicle, 39-year-old Jessica Baker was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for allegedly having heroin.
