Popular fusion restaurant closing in Kennewick

Owners posted a message on the restaurant’s Facebook page that said they wanted to focus more on their family as well as a business opportunity that has been in the works for the last couple of years.

The restaurant has been open for nearly six years and the owners thanked their regular customers as well as local business who used them for catering opportunities.

The fusion restaurant was inspired by the owners’ food truck with the same name, which was a business they created nearly eight years ago.

The last day the restaurant will be open is Friday, December 23. The owners plan to bring back their Fresh Out the Box food truck and continue to serve in that capacity sometime in 2023.
