Man accused of taking photos up skirts at Sunnyside graduation
SUNNYSIDE, Wash. — A 37-year-old man was arrested Friday for allegedly snapping photos up girls’ skirts at the Sunnyside High School graduation.
Benjamin Allen Miller has been charged with voyeurism, trespassing and lewd conduct, according to the Yakima County Prosecutor’s office.
Miller appeared in court for a preliminary appearance on Monday. He was released that day pending the start of his criminal trial.
According to court documents, a police officer witnessed Miller taking photos up skirts. He admitted to the act after being questioned by the officer.
The ages and number of his potential victims were not released.
