Man caught trespassing in three Kennewick backyards
KENNEWICK, Wash. — A man caught trespassing in several Kennewick backyards is now behind bars.
According to Kennewick police, on Wednesday night officers were dispatched to the 4900 block of West 24th Avenue where a neighbor reported a man in their backyard.
That neighbor, armed with a gun, escorted the suspect off their property before police were there.
That’s when the man ran off again into another backyard.
Police eventually found him, 37-year-old Javier Diaz, jumping the fence into a third backyard.
He was arrested for trespassing.
