Man leads police on low-speed tractor chase

Washington state deputy shot, killed while pursuing driver

A man riding a farm tractor in Maine fled police Tuesday, causing a 3-mile, low speed chase.

According to The Bangor Daily News, Todd Hill, 41, knocked over several traffic cones in a construction zone with his tractor, prompting a police officer who saw him commit the act to pull him over. The man then “took off,” provoking the chase.

Police charged the man with failing to stop for a police officer and driving to endanger.
