Moses Lake meth dealer sold drugs with her kids in the car, authorities say

A Moses Lake woman showed up to an undercover drug deal Thursday with her kids in the car, according to the Grand County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities say Lilian Cushman, 26, was arrested after she sold methamphetamine to detectives with Grant County’s Interagency Narcotics Enforcement Team.

Cushman had been under investigation for some time, and INET had bought drugs from her on several previous occasions. During those drug buys, the suspect’s kids ages 1 and 8 were with her, the sheriff’s office said.

INET served a search warrant on her vehicle and at her home on Carswell Drive and detectives seized several ounces of meth and a large amount of cash.

Cushman was booked at the Grant County Jail on suspicion of possession of drugs with intent to deliver, delivery of a controlled substance in a school zone and involving a person under the age of 18 in a controlled substance transaction.

Her children were placed under the care of Child Protective Services.
