College place residents now have access to Walla Walla county libraries

COLLEGE PLACE, Wash. - College Place residents can now check out books with ease.

The city has no library of its own. However, a measure on Tuesday's ballot looked to include College Place in the Walla Walla rural library district.

Residents now have access to any of the district's libraries. City officials say library cards can be picked up at any of the following locations:

  • 37 Jade Street, Walla Walla
  • 1640 Plaza Way, Walla Walla
  • 161 Hanson Rd, Touchet
  • 875 Lake Rd, Burbank
  • 103 S. D St, Prescott
