Pasco fruit stand robbed at knifepoint

PASCO, Wash. - Pasco police say a man with a knife robbed a fruit stand in Pasco Monday morning. 

The robbery happened near the corner of Court Street and Road 60 just before noon as the alleged victim was trying to sell cherries. 

Police said the robber made off with an undisclosed amount of cash. 

He was described as a tall, white man in his 20s wearing a blue hoodie. He got into the front passenger seat of a small, light-colored sedan that left southbound on Road 60 toward Sylvester Street.
