Selah to celebrate 100 years of being a city

SELAH, Wash. - The City of Selah is celebrating its 100th birthday this year.

To commemorate the occasion, community members can peruse the city's history through photos, keepsakes and family recipes Wednesday while eating free ice cream from King's Row.

The Selah Centennial Celebration will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Selah Civic Center.
