Three mobile homes in Wenatchee destroyed by mudslide

Three mobile homes had major damage after a storm came through Wenatchee on Saturday.

According to KOMO News, water from the storm forced rocks and mud down a hillside, which piled up on top of the mobile homes pictured above.

A Chelan County Sheriff's Office sergeant told the news outlet that this was one of the stronger rain events in ‘quite some time.'

Some residents had to be rescued from their homes, and no one was injured.

The families who lost their homes are currently staying with friends and family, according to KOMO.
