Officials looking for suspect who vandalized Wenatchee church

WENATCHEE, Wash. — The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the person who broke into a Wenatchee church and vandalized the inside.

Officials said on April 27th around 5:30 AM, someone shattered the glass door at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Wenatchee.

The suspect went into the church and spray painted the interior walls. Officials don’t believe the crime is gang related but said it could be tied into other churches that have been vandalized recently.

In a Facebook post from the agency, they said if you recognize the suspect, to contact law enforcement and to not contact him.
