Pasco CIty Council member denies sexual abuse allegations
PASCO, Wash. — Pasco City Council member, Chi Flores, is being accused of sexually assaulting a minor girl at least two times.
According to court documents, the victim’s mother reported the alleged incidents to police and said her daughter was touched inappropriately by Flores during a sleepover at his home.
Court documents said another incident took place while the minor girl was playing over at the Flores’ home and was again touched inappropriately by Flores.
A Temporary Sexual Assault Protection Order was filed in Franklin County Superior Court on April 20th, though the victim’s mother said she learned about the incidents in March.
KAPP-KVEW spoke with Flores on the phone Wednesday afternoon. He is denying the accusations and directed KAPP-KVEW to his attorney, Scott Johnson.
