Pasco crash on SR 395 sends 2 to hospital
PASCO, Wash. — Two people were injured in a crash on State Route 395 in Pasco.
Mesa resident Saundra Worsham, 67, was cited for negligent driving after crashing into two other vehicles near milepost 29.
She was driving southbound in a 2011 Cadillac CTS around noon when she crashed into a 2003 Nissan Sentra, then a 2003 Acura SUV. The Cadillac and Nissan were both totaled.
The Nissan driver was 28-year-old Valentin Birrueta-Contreras of Pasco. He was transported to Kadlec Regional Medical Center for his injuries.
The Acura driver, 38-year-old Emily Tyler of Millbrae, California, was not injured. Her vehicle received some damage.
