Pasco man suspected of molesting three young family members

PASCO, Wash. – A Pasco man was arrested Thursday on suspicion of molesting three family members when they were young children, police said.

The Pasco Police Department arrested Raul Ramirez-Romero, 57, and booked him at the Franklin County Jail on charges of first-degree molestation and first-degree rape of a child.

Officers received a call about a heated argument between family members around 9:45 p.m. Thursday about sex crimes that were alleged to have occurred several years ago.

They arrived to find out that the family members had confronted Ramirez-Romero about molesting the children while he was living at a home on North Owen Avenue in Pasco. One the alleged victims gave police information that indicated she was raped, police spokesman Sgt. Rigo Pruneda said.

Police said the children all still appear to be underage.

No other details are being released at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
