Pasco Police, Richland Police searching for stolen SUV
Early Sunday morning, Richland Police Department sent out a description of an SUV that had been stolen. Police said the white 2002 Ford Explorer SUV had minor front end damage and its hood was held down with straps and bungees.
PASCO, Wash. — Just after the description had been put out, Pasco Police Department spotted the stolen vehicle driving southbound on 10th Avenue, approaching Lewis Street. Police said an officer attempted to stop the driver, but they refused to stop and drove over the cable bridge into Kennewick.
Pasco Police said once on the Kennewick side, the SUV sped up and was last seen southbound into Finley.
Police are asking the public for any information related to this incident, and say to call 911 if you spot the vehicle. Its license plate is WA- AOR7246.
