PASCO, Wash. – Police are trying to identify a man who allegedly stole a purse from La Palma Market in Pasco on Monday night.

Police said the man entered the store at 2120 E. Lewis St. at about 10:25 p.m., walked into the kitchen area and grabbed the purse, which contained victim’s ID, credit cards and cash.

He left in a black and gray Dodge Neon with apparent damage to the roof and front plate on the driver’s side dashboard.

In a Facebook post, Pasco police wrote, “We would like to tell the suspect right now that possessing the stolen credit cards is a felony, and each time one gets used, it is another felony, so don’t do that.”

Anyone who recognizes the man or the car is asked to call police at 509-628-0333 or email Ofc. Guerrero at guerreros@pasco-wa.gov about theft case 19-40535.
