Pasco SD Looking for Facilities Task Force Members

No School for Pasco Students Tomorrow

Pasco School District Press Release:

The Pasco School District is seeking interested community members to join the Pasco Facilities Task Force (PFTF). The PFTF will begin work in January 2015 to review current facilities and develop recommendations for future planning. The work of the task force will include:

— reviewing existing facilities and property,
— examining community growth and economic projections,
— examining instructional program needs and trends in school facilities, and
— recommending priorities and timelines for facility action to the Superintendent, and recommending a long-term facilities plan

Members should be able to commit to attend the PFTF meetings, which are currently scheduled from 6-8 p.m. on the following dates: Jan. 22, Feb. 5, Feb. 19, March 19, and April 9. Future meeting dates may be set if needed.

To be considered for the PFTF, please submit an application by Jan. 12, 2015. The application form can be found on the District website on the Operations department page at www.psd1.org/Domain/1016.
