Police arrest 3 with felony warrants on Clearwater Avenue
KENNEWICK, Wash. — Kennewick police arrested three suspects at the 4200 block of West Clearwater Avenue on Friday.
Durwin Brooks, 41, a man accused of unlawful imprisonment and sexually assaulting a 19-year-old woman in March, was spotted by an off duty Benton County Sheriff’s deputy at a local business. The deputy alerted police.
Witnesses said Brooks left in a red Ford F-150 with a male and female passenger.
The suspect was spotted by a near Clearwater Avenue from Union Street. The driver turned into a car dealership and was arrested without incident.
Brooks had seven felony warrants and one misdemeanor warrant out for his arrest.
The passengers were identified as Terry Snyder, 56, and Deanna Tinker, 26. Snyder had three felony warrants and Tinker had one felony and one misdemeanor warrant.
All of them were booked into Benton County Jail.
