Rain showers developing Thursday afternoon -Kristin
After a sunny and cold start, clouds slowly build into the area by lunchtime. A cold front will swing through the area this afternoon and evening with a few rain showers possible. It won’t be a washout, but grab your umbrella. Most spots will be back to drier weather by 8 or 9PM tonight.
Snow is expected in the mountains. There is a Winter Weather Advisory in place for the northern Cascades above 2,000 feet starting at 10AM today through 10AM Friday. Snoqualmie Pass will be impacted with 4 to 14 inches of snow possible.
Back to sunshine on Friday for Valentines Day, but it will be breezy. Next best chance for rain arrives on Saturday.
