Officers searched for the suspect and eventually found him while driving down 10th.

The suspect was detained and officers found a red bandana on his person.

He was identified as 29-year-old Rafeal Mejia-Virrueta.

Mejia-Virrueta was arrested for robbery in the first degree as well as on two warrant for his arrest.

The weapon turned out to actually be a long stick that looked like a rifle.
