KENNEWICK, Wash. – A pickup truck rolled on State Route 240 westbound on a snowy Tuesday morning in Kennewick, according to the Washington State Patrol.

As of 10:15 a.m., one lane was blocked just west of the Edison Street exit, causing a major traffic backup.

Trooper Chris Thorson says not to be fooled by the clear-looking roads, as 20-degree temperatures and wet pavement with compact snow are making them slick.
