Some morning fog in the Mid-Columbia tomorrow AM, with more snow into the Cascades overnight – Jason

Your Local Forecast 12-26

Good Thursday evening!

A pretty calm day after Christmas today, with some morning fog, and partly sunny skies for your afternoon.  A similar day is ahead for the Yakima Valley and Mid-Columbia, as we’ll see some morning fog, especially in the Mid-Columbia, with some afternoon sunshine.  Highs will be in the upper to mid 30’s.  Winds will remain light.

Overnight tonight will see more snow reaching the Cascades.  About 1 to 3 more inches of snow will fall, with a few more inches on top of that this weekend.  If you are doing any holiday travels, make sure to keep up to date on current conditions.

For the weekend, highs will remain in the upper 30’s, with a chance of some rain to rain/snow mix on Sunday afternoon.

Good news, is we’ll see the return of the 40’s, and even upper 40’s in some places as we head into the new year next week.

Have a great evening!
