Store clerk killed in Yakima robbery identified
YAKIMA, Wash. — The store clerk shot and killed during an armed robbery in Yakima has been identified as Yakima resident Vikram Jaryal, 25.
He was gunned down at the AM-PM store on the 600 block of East Yakima Avenue.
Jaryal said two men entered the store wearing masks, armed with a gun.
He was then transported to a local hospital where he died shortly after arriving.
No arrest have been made, but detectives continue to investigate.
