Suspects on the loose after home invasion

Kennewick Police are looking for at least 5 men after an alleged home invasion robbery.

Police responded to the 800 block of W 26 th Avenue around 9:40 pm Wednesday night after receiving a call that 5 to 7 men had entered a home armed with a baseball bat and a gun.

Three people were in the home at the time of the robbery, an 18 year old girl, her 19 year old boyfriend Jesse Godsil and the girl’s grandma.

The girl said she was hit in the head by one of the suspects with the baseball bat but she did not need medical attention.

KPD used a police K9 to search for the suspects, but they weren’t located. Currently KPD hasn’t identified any suspects in the robbery.

During the robbery investigation KPD Criminal Apprehension Team Detectives obtained a search warrant for the home and located evidence consistent with illegal drug sales.

Detectives booked Jesse A. Godsil into Benton County Jail for Possession with intent to sell marijuana.
