SWAT standoff leads to felony arrest at Columbia Park Apartments
RICHLAND, Wash. — Police and Tri-Cities Regional SWAT arrested a man at the Columbia Park Apartments after a two-hour standoff Friday night.

At about 7 p.m. police received a tip that the armed robbery suspect was at the 1600 block of Jadwin Avenue. Authorities checked inside the apartment he thought to be located in, but Senn was not there.
He was later discovered inside of a neighbor’s apartment. The door was open and SWAT team members entered to arrest him.
As he was being arrested, authorities discovered he was laying on a knife. He was taken into custody peacefully.
