Family sees justice in teen's death more a decade later

PHOENIX (AP) - The mother of a teenage girl killed 12 years ago in eastern Arizona wanted the man responsible to be locked up for life.Instead, Andre Hinton was sentenced this week to eight years in prison and three years of supervised release. He pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter earlier this year after prosecutors said they were concerned that too much time had passed to get a murder conviction.
