Teen being tried as an adult in Yakima fatal shooting

YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) - A 17-year-old boy accused in a fatal shooting near a Yakima middle school is being tried as an adult.KIMA-TV reported Monday that the teen is accused of shooting and killing 19-year-old Eduardo Rodriguez-Castenada in a parking lot next to West Valley Middle School in July.Police found Rodriguez-Castenada slumped over his pickup truck on July 19.Police reports say a bullet casing outside the truck indicated he was shot through his driver's side window.
