Man sues King County deputy who drew gun during traffic stop

SEATTLE (AP) - A motorcyclist who had a gun pulled on him by a King County Sheriff's Office deputy at a traffic light has sued the deputy and the county claiming the deputy used excessive force.KING-TV reports Alex Randall filed the lawsuit Tuesday asking for punitive damages and for changes to King County's policies.Detective Richard Rowe was in plainclothes and driving an unmarked car when he approached Randall between Seattle and Shoreline in August 2017.
