Teen allegedly stabs dad in Hermiston
HERMISTON, Ore. — A 16-year-old boy is in custody after he allegedly stabbed his dad on Monday.
At about 4:20 p.m., Umatilla County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 3100 block of Cecil Street in Hermiston.
The boy got into an argument with his dad Brian Bush, 52, and it became physical. The father sustained a knife wound in his side, deputies said.
He was taken to Good Shepherd Hospital in Hermiston where he received treatment for his injuries and was released.
The son was booked on a charge of second-degree assault.
