278525686 357005413140553 3136932433264799501 NUMATILLA, Ore. — The Umatilla Police Department (UPD) reported that they are seeing an increase in graffiti tagging on public and private properties throughout the city, according to the department’s Facebook post.

“We are asking that anyone who witnesses this, or otherwise suspicious behavior, report it immediately,” posted UPD.
