The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office has arrested an assault suspect who’s been on the run for more than a week.

Deputies arrested 39-year-old Ryan Bradfield near Bellevue and Eltopia West in Franklin County on Saturday morning. Pasco Police has been looking for Bradfield since a brutal assault involving a rifle.

On Dec. 18, officers responded to an assault at a home near Marie Street and 18th Avenue. Two victims told police that Bradfield forced his way into their house. Both of them had protection orders against him.

Bradfield allegedly hit the man with the butt of a Ruger 10-22 rifle until the stock on it broke. Before he took off, he stole the woman’s cell phone. Bradfield also broke several windows on the house and woman’s car on his way out, police said.

On Dec. 28, the sheriff’s office found him. Bradfield ran from deputies, but were able to catch him.

He’s facing multiple charges including assault, burglary, malicious mischief and other charges.

Bradfield is known to police. Back in 2017, he allegedly assaulted his ex-wife and ran over an ex-roommate with an ATV.
