Washington driver caught in carpool lane with stuffed dinosaur
FEDERAL WAY, Wash. – A Washington state driver is facing fines after using a stuffed dinosaur as their passenger in an HOV lane.
According to Trooper Rick Johnson with Washington State Patrol, it was Trooper Brock that came across the vehicle speeding on northbound I-5 near 320th in Federal Way.
That’s when the trooper made this roaring discovery.
“Even if you have a favorite stuffed animal it doesn’t count as a passenger for the HOV!” wrote Trooper Johnson in a Tweet.
